It is not often nowadays that one can say a shop provided good service. However , this lighting store is staffed by the most delightful, caring, knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever met. Apart from friendly and knowledgeable staff this shop has a great selection of all manner of lighting as well as some wonderful LED mirrors and a myriad of ceiling fans and other goodies at very competitive prices. I highly recommend this shop

The customer service I have received from Lighting Illusions Kawana has been excellent. Definitely worthy of 5 stars. A special thanks to Johan, who is extremely knowledgeable & super helpful. When it comes selecting the best product to suit my requirements, the assistance Johan has provided to me has been outstanding, every single time. I have now replaced all of my old AC ceiling fans - 9 in total - with Aeratron and Hunter Pacific DC fans. In addition, I now have 3 fantastic exhaust fans in the bathrooms – all from Lighting Illusions, Kawana. From the customer service I have received I have no hesitation at all in recommending Johan and the entire team at Lighting Illusions Kawana. Keep up the great work team!

I bought a 52"x 5 Blade Calibo Storm from Lighting Illusions in Qld., in preference to buying from my local Cetnaj store in Forster NSW. Because Scott gave much better customer service, and way better price than offered from Cetnaj.. Many Thanks.👍 …

Great service, Johan price matched a competitor and then guaranteed delivery the next day by doing an interstore transfer. Will definitely use them again as they have a great range to suit all tastes.

The entire staff here are always so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a sensor light which was under warranty and Johan went out of his way to contact the company and organize for us to get the item replaced under warranty and then he followed up with me to make sure it all went well. These guys are amazing.

We were sent to LI to select ceiling fans for our electrician to install. He asked us to show LI his contractors licence - to receive the trade price. We did this - to save our electrician having to go purchase, pay, pickup and then bill us. Even though we purchased from LI in this way (previously) the manager on the day said they wouldn’t do this. He said; we had to get our electrician to purchase the fans for us (to get the trade price). Reluctantly, we purchased the fans at retail price (as we had our electrician booked in) but we won’t be going back to Lighting Illusions. We have also advised our electrician accordingly and he was surprised and disappointed. He said it just doesn’t make sense to have 2 purchase transactions to get the trade price. He also said he will no longer be recommending his customers to go to Lighting Illusions.
